Education plays a pivotal role to shape great nations as very well-said by Sydney J Haris “The purpose of Education is to turn mirrors into windows “; so as individual, we need to try least even to change the world for the betterment. Education is the fundamental right of every child to acquire it and the Pakistani education system look always lopsided as the private and public school systems are at loggerheads to take the lead resulting in adverse effects on the system. The private school system is not bad itself but it must be remained in the system with uniformity. Mainstreaming the education system hierarchical management plays a significant role in uplifting the standard of education, a competent officer is always on the good side of history.

Malakand witnessed a good and competent education officer who served in the female education office by bringing inspiring changes in the system; resolving issues within the timeline; prevailing meritocracy, releasing funds to schools to make institutions easy on the eyes, expediting education reforms and enrollment drive in even more inspiring ways. As District Education Officer Miss Hifsa Gul leads the team from the front to motivate students and teachers to make Malakand proud. Miss Gul is the inspiration of so many; Miss Shazia a Teacher said to team IBC ” Miss Gul always encouraged me to work hard and I was guided by her when I needed”.

Miss Samina Naz Teacher in a school said ” Miss Gul is so welcoming and polite,I always follow her instructions while teaching the students”.

Hafsa Gull, a dedicated and passionate District Education Officer (DEO) in Malakand, KPK, has been making waves in the region with her tireless efforts to revolutionize the education system. Her unwavering commitment and unrelenting drive had earned her the respect and admiration of the entire community.

One sunny morning, Hafsa arrived at a remote village school, nestled in the picturesque hills of Malakand. She was greeted by the warm smiles of the students and the grateful gaze of the teachers. With a gentle yet firm demeanour, she began her inspection, meticulously reviewing the school’s progress and engaging with the students.

As she walked through the classrooms, Hafsa noticed a young girl, Zeemal Shah, sitting in the corner, shy and hesitant. Hafsa approached her, and with a gentle touch, encouraged Shazia to share her dreams. The girl’s eyes sparkled as she spoke of her desire to become a doctor. Hafsa’s face lit up with a warm smile, and she assured Zeemal Shah that she would support her every step of the way.

Over the next few weeks, Hafsa worked tirelessly to improve the school’s infrastructure, providing new textbooks, and training teachers. She also established a mentorship program, pairing students with role models from the community. Zeemal Shah, now empowered, began to excel in her studies, and soon became a beacon of hope for her peers.

As news of Hafsa’s exceptional leadership spread, the district’s education system began to transform. Schools were revitalized, and students’ performance improved significantly. Hafsa’s dedication had ignited a spark, inspiring a new generation of learners.

The community came together to celebrate Hafsa’s achievements, showering her with gratitude and praise. Her unwavering devotion not only improved the education system but also restored hope and dignity to the people of Malakand. Hafsa Gull, a true champion of education, continued to inspire, leaving a lasting legacy in the hearts of the people she served.
