Tehran: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has warned that any increased pressure on Iran will be met with an equally strong response.
In a statement, Pezeshkian emphasized that Iran will never bow to threats, injustice, or aggression. “We will turn our enemies’ dreams into nightmares,” he declared. The president’s remarks underline Tehran’s firm stance amid ongoing regional tensions and international pressures.
He also highlighted that Iran seeks friendly relations with neighboring countries, but this desire does not compromise its right to defend itself against external threats, particularly from the United States.
Pezeshkian clarified that Iran’s recent military actions were targeted not at friendly neighboring states but at U.S. military bases in the region. The strikes focused on American installations and facilities in the area, aiming to assert Iran’s defensive capabilities and deter further provocations.
The president’s statements come amid heightened regional tensions and serve as a clear message that Tehran remains vigilant and prepared to respond decisively to any form of coercion
