International cricketers Sajid Khan expressed solidarity with the polio workers while starting the polio campaign started in Punjab and together with the administration and the health department administered polio drops to the children.  Speaking to the media on this occasion, Sajid Khan said that it is our responsibility to cooperate with polio workers and take care of them.

Polio workers are our heroes, the goal of door-to-door vaccination workers is to protect the health of our children, polio is a highly contagious disease and the only way to prevent polio is vaccine. Sajid Khan said that the children of Pakistan are ours. There is a future, we all have to eradicate polio from the whole country, because polio is a national problem, everyone has to play their role in eradicating polio.

It is our responsibility to support and take care of polio workers, polio workers are our heroes because polio is a highly contagious disease and the only way to prevent polio is vaccine. These two drops protect children from all kinds of disabilities and are also the guarantor of our safe future.Sajid Khan emphasized that parents should administer drops to children during every campaign.

Eradication of polio is the first priority of the government and the department. But success in this campaign is possible only when parents actively administer polio drops to their children. It is not possible to eradicate polio from Pakistan without the cooperation of parents.The anti-polio campaign has started across Pakistan. And like across the country, the anti-polio campaign will continue till December 22 across Punjab.

In major districts including Lahore, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad, this will be a seven-day campaign, in which two days have been allocated for administering drops to children deprived of vaccines, while the campaign will continue for five days in the rest of the districts.

23.3 million children under the age of five will be vaccinated against polio during the campaign in the province. More than two lakh polio workers will participate in the campaign. The special thing about this campaign is that the Health Department of Punjab is focusing on children deprived of vaccines. The efforts of the health department as well as the cricketers to combat polio are commendable. It is the responsibility of the parents to cooperate with the polio teams that come from house to house.In terms of environmental patterns, the virus found in Rawalpindi is outlier.

Which travels with the migrant population. Rawalpindi is a bastion of migrant populations. And the growth of polio virus can be prevented only by vaccination.
