In Pakistan, Inclusive Education is suffering Due to the “Human Logo” (mother of All Barriers).
Most research funding comes from two major sources, corporations and the government. Data is so important in the pilot projects because Good data allows associations to set up baselines, benchmarks, and goals to keep moving forward. Furthermore, data allows you to set performance goals data helps you comprehend and improve project processes so you can reduce wasted money, time and it is the basis for all reporting. It depletes resources, squanders time, and ultimately impacts the bottom line. For example, bad advertising decisions can be one of the greatest wastes of resources in an institute.
The consequences of failing to properly collect data include the inability to answer your research questions, inability to validate the results, distorted findings, wasted resources, misleading recommendations, and decisions. So as we all had observed exercising the same techniques in many projects of Pakistan history.
According to researchers and sources, in these both pilot projects genuine data was missing due to poor leadership, absence of teamwork, and lack of taking routine briefing and listening to suggestions with a good ear. The workforce was required to provide a good working environment with a sense of seriousness, train on the Importance of Data, prioritize accuracy over speed, double –Check work, Usage of software tools, identification of Primary Sources of Inaccuracies.
Fraud implies an intention to cheat. What is Falsification / Data manipulation: it is all about achieving the desired result or producing results confirming a particular theory. The object of most falsifications is to demonstrate a “statistically significant” effect that the genuine data would not show. Fabrication of data for non-existent is usually for financial gain. The most serious cases of fraud are those in which there is an expectation of gain in terms of prestige, advancement, money, or not supporting the goal of the project.
We would have a different picture of pilot projects in Pakistan if things would be done rightly with the right team and fair planning, but unfortunately Blurred boundaries between innocent error, misunderstandings, avoidable faults, intentional “bending” and massive falsification in data than policy planning are destroying us all departments.
Project success is simple. Projects succeed because they are the right projects and because they are done right. If you can find a way to get those two conditions in place, you’re on the path to successful delivery.
There are many reasons for project failures, sometimes the reason can be out of control but in very rare cases, in most cases, failures can be controllable. In many suitcases, affective approaches and heavy interventions fail because of their incorrect planning and relevance.
Often the issues caused by the management, project managers, and team members to produce a successful product and service. That’s why it is important to locate the issues of project failures to find ways that can be used to alleviate their occurrence, repair the smash-up, and recuperate the project.
Why Do Projects Fail?
• Blurred Vision:
A project manager needs to have a clear vision of his/her activities as per demands of project goal execution; even a young project director needs it. the focus at the start of the project should remain the same till the end of the project, if you are missing a clear vision at the opening step of your process, you will make it harder on yourself. Few more important things would be not there in the project for fruitful outcomes.
• Unbiased Approach
• Disinclined Leadership
• unfair Selection of personal
• Lack of Training and Experience
• Rental posts
• Delay Identification of Funds
• Consumption of resources on dead Slices
• Poor Work with strictures
• Creation of posts on workforce demand
• Extension of the workforce for the next project with Zero delivery
• Improper Selection of Venues for Promotion and awareness of the Project idea
• Poor tracking procedure required to re-evaluate
Tracking helps you stay focused on what’s important to attain your goal. It helps to identify potential obstacles and strategies for how to overcome them. It can help to set more practical goals and stay positive along the way.
Why it’s not probable in Pakistan to have a single unbiased authority/institution with the theme of inclusion to manage, assess and track all such activities which are shipping in the project. Why do people love to control something through having more than one or two posts in Pakistani projects? Are they more competent or it’s something very strange which we cannot understand or imagine!
After the PIEP project, it was required to re-evaluate the progress of the workforce instead of their extensions in the next project even after attaining not fruitful results by this project.
If a bus driver did not know the route of the planned destination, is it possible for passengers to reach their destinations?
