I would love to share my weight loss journey and how I have transformed myself. Believe me, it was not an easy task even to take the first step I mean just to force my mind and body to get set and ready to go. Like most of the people how many years I just took to plan my daily routine to get into shape but every day I was making a promise with myself and breaking it the very next day. One day I was not feeling well and I visited the doctor for a routine checkup.
That was really a turning point when the doctor told me that you are under an alarming condition. You could have a chance of high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol level, heart attack, and many other horrible diseases just because you are obese. The whole night I couldn’t sleep and made the last promise to myself that I have to do and I can do.
Weight loss is not about strict diet plans and tough workout schedules it’s all about determination. I assure you that you start losing weight the day you firmly believe that you can do it. While thinking about weight loss you can find so many scams. You can find so many weight loss medicines, weight loss supplements, weight loss pills, and many more but no one can guarantee you about the after-effects. Nobody wants to get many other harmful diseases while trying to avoid so many diseases because of obesity.
One of the best methods to reduce weight is the natural way to lose extra fats. First of all, I have found a gym in my area and luckily I found a very good gym instructor. I followed his instructions as it is and I achieved my target within the 6 months. I was about 120Kg at the beginning of my weight loss journey and now I am having 75 Kg an ideal weight according to my age and height.
I was so determined and loyal with my workout that I didn’t even miss a single day. I never made any excuse myself for not going to the gym. In the beginning, I was spending more than 2 HRS daily. I used to spend most of my time running on the treadmill, stretching myself on the leg press machine and elliptical machines. I focused on cardio exercises and manual exercises to tone up my muscles.
Moreover, I strictly followed the diet plan. I have stopped using all types of carbonated drinks and sweets. I reduced the intake of carbohydrates and fats in my diet. I am not at all a vegetable lover so, I can’t follow the vegetarian diet plan. I was only taking proteins in my diet but that was not a very good decision. Obviously, I didn’t follow the balanced diet plan so after getting my required weight loss I had faced a few health issues like the feeling of low energy level, body pain, and muscle cramps. Later I recovered myself with a healthy diet plan including fruits, vegetables, beans, oats along with the skimmed milk and low-fat yogurt.
After getting back to a healthy life I cannot express my feelings. For me, it was a mission impossible which I have attained. But this is not the end of the story. Getting back into shape, losing weight is just a pathway that leads to a never-ending road. After getting your required bodyweight you should know how to maintain it. If you want to be fit, disease-free, and healthy till your death then there is only one way, a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is to work out daily and eating healthy meals.
After all this hard work what you will get as result? Only a smart look or a healthy body? No. Believe me, the transformation of your body will boost up your confidence, thinking skills, work efficiency, ability to concentrate, self-control, and libido. Moreover, lots of people will be inspired by your determination and you will be in love with yourself.
