The “Covid19” won’t go away by chanting “ Go Corona Go”. As the WHO has announced it is a pandemic and governments are scrambling to keep their citizens safe, there are many things we can do ourselves to minimize the burden on the medical staff.
Don’t smoke, maintain a healthy weight, eat a colorful diet, Sleep is the best medicine, Keep calm and carry on, Exercise is therapy, maintain Good Hygiene, practice Social distancing. Channelize your inner OCD: Routinely clean all frequently touched surfaces in the home and workplace such as countertops, sinks, seating, workstations and doorknobs. Supplement your diet: Add Supplements like Zinc, Vitamin C, D, and E especially if you have genetic predisposition to have low levels. Avoid overdosing especially with fat-soluble vitamins like A, D and E, and K.
A positive statement propels hope towards a better future, it builds up your faith and that of others, and it promotes change.
Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence. Hope can be a powerful force, especially in difficult times. Today, the world is facing the coronavirus crisis, a pandemic that has changed life for millions of people. In times like these, hope can be a powerful source of reassurance. Many who are locked at home, others who are working to help and prevent the virus, also need the reassurance and the hope that we shall overcome this.
To sit patiently with a yearning that has not yet been fulfilled, and to trust that, that fulfillment will come, is quite possibly one of the most powerful ‘magic skills’ that human beings are capable of.
Hope can be a powerful force. Maybe there’s no actual magic in it, but when you know what you hope for most and hold it like a light within you, you can make things happen, almost like magic.
