TV One’s latest drama serial, Seeta Bagri was recently launched in a Bloggers meet-up in Karachi. Seeta Bagri will be aired at 8:00 pm from November 17 on TV One.
The serial is produced by Adnan Siddiqui, written and directed by Iqbal Hosain and stars stellar Sarwat Gillani in title role along with multifaceted Bushra Ansari, Hasan Niazi, Qavi Khan and Jibran.
At the occasion, the producer, director and cast of serial were present and gave coherent and explicit replies to bloggers and journalists.
With an aim to promote inter-faith harmony, Seeta Bagri, showed the trials and triumphs of life of a Pakistani Hindu girl and how her Muslim friends stood by her side during turbulent times. The serial gives a glimpse into social life of Hindus with celebration of events like Holi, Rakhi Bandhan, Dussehra, Shiv Ratri, Navaratri and many other rituals, feasts and festivities.
Besides an intriguing story, the drama also features fascinating sound tracks including the colourful Holi song, sung by Nimra Ali, composed by Udan Khatola and choreographed by Nigah Hussain. The OST of Seeta Bagri is penned by well-known writer, Khalil-ullah-Farooqui while sung by famous Bollywood singer Sukhwinder Singh and composed by Sajid-Wajid.
